The GHC Story...

How it all started...

Grace Hope Church’s story began more than 15 years ago as a campus extension of a larger church family. Our first gatherings took place in the Regal Cinema theater in Beavercreek, Ohio—a humble beginning filled with big faith. Over time, we grew together, serving our community and eventually moving into a larger space.
In 2018, God had new plans for our church community. With prayer and unity, our congregation and leadership team made the bold decision to become an independent church. Grace Hope Church was born, and we settled into a location on I-35 between Beavercreek and Xenia, serving our community with a more precise and local mission.

Then in 2023, God opened a new chapter. We welcomed Pastor Matt and Jenny Haflett as our lead pastor, stepping into a fresh season of vision and growth. Soon after, we began searching for a permanent home—a place where we could worship, serve, and grow. Through prayer and God’s faithfulness, we found it: 784 Bellbrook Avenue in Xenia, Ohio. Today, this is where our story continues, rooted in faith and hope for what God will do next through us, and in our community.

Expanding the vision...

Grace Hope Church is committed to serving the Xenia community, caring for the people who call it home, and sharing the hope of Jesus with as many as we can. We partner with local organizations and host community-focused events to live out our vision of bringing the real love of a real God to real people.
